Course Description:
The goal of this course is to help you consider personal ways to build your professional agility when it comes to building personal resilience.
Also, this course will help you understand what systems and factors need to be in place to support workforce agility and resilience.
By the end of this course, you should be able to:
- Understand key, self-focused agility practices
- Apply self-focused agility practices in the workplace
- Understand the responsibilities of a health system in supporting agility and resilience
