Full program description
This series of related courses is designed to aid frontline workers in understanding personal resilience, enhance their coping skills, navigate the unique challenges and stressors they encounter daily, introduce learners to behavioral health symptom presentations among peers in the workplace, and examine system level drivers of workplace well-being. Whether you are a clinician interested in understanding more about workplace-based stress or an administrator interested in system level factors that contribute to workplace well-being, this multipart series is for you. Engaging in the entire series of courses will position learners to serve well-being advocates in their workplaces to support peers and other frontline workers.

Resiliency Resources for Frontline Workers includes five (5) courses:
- Individual-Level Approaches to Improve Resilience - This course is specifically designed to help frontline workers understand personal resilience, how to enhance their coping skills, and navigate the unique challenges and stressors they encounter daily.
- Making Your Workplace Work for You - The goal of this course is to help you consider personal ways to build your professional agility when it comes to building personal resilience.
- Trauma and Post-Traumatic Growth - This course is designed to provide frontline workers with the essential knowledge and practical skills to recognize, understand, and support individuals who have experienced trauma, while also exploring the concept of post-traumatic growth. As a frontline worker, you may encounter clients who have faced traumatic events, and your ability to provide informed and empathetic support can make a significant impact on their healing process.
- Understanding and Preventing Suicide - This course is designed to provide frontline workers with the essential knowledge and skills required to identify, understand, and support individuals at risk for suicide.
- Stress, Depression, and Anxiety - This course is designed to provide frontline workers with essential knowledge and practical skills to identify, understand, and address stress, depression, and anxiety, both in themselves and in the individuals they serve.
- Cultivating Compassion - This course is designed to empower frontline workers with skills and knowledge to develop a compassionate and empathetic approach in their interactions with clients, colleagues, and themselves.
